Kick start

Kick start for the Program for women entrepreneurs

I felt a warm loving atmosphere when all the women shared experiences and helped each other in groups, to develop their business ideas. The women that attended this first occasion worked really hard and got lots of feedback. Count to 20 was one of the energy exercises.

Cecilia Hyrén and Annika Löfgren from KREO gave them some homework:

“Sharpen the business idea” and go out and “Test customer needs”.

See you on Tuesday again girls!

Consultants exchanges experiences

The aim of this month’s consultant meeting was to exchange experiences, with focus on creativity exercises and tools. Åsa von Heland, Frida Birkelöf and Sasan Shaba carried out some favorite warm-up exercises which all KREO consultants tried out. The day gave us great tips, useful exchange of experiences and many good laughs. Now we all look forward to the next meeting.

KREO in Catalonya

On may 27 was the KREO methodology tested in Spain. Representatives from municipalities outside Barcelona, Girona and Manresa were in Manresa for a three-hour workshop last Thursday. The evaluation shows that the methodology and process was estimated and is needed in Spain and Catalonya. We hope to increase our cooperation during 2010.

The Hub Amsterdam

As we all know it is easy as an organisations or a company to get stuck in old structures and thinking.  New trends are up and coming and the environmental threat is a fact. We need new spaces for creativity, internationalisation and innovation to create a better world together. How do we make this happen? Creativity spaces were we can meet could be one important step. I therefore want to tell you about the Hubs that my friend Nina told me about.

The Hub is a new members space for people working to create a better world. Another world is not just possible, it’s happening. All around us individuals ranging from corporate executives to community leaders, from policy-makers to freelance professionals are pursuing ideas and initiatives for a better world. Hub Amsterdam is a unique ecosystem designed to enable these people to thrive. It’s a place to access innovation, knowledge, market opportunities, inspiration and experience. We also have a Hub in Stockholm, London and so on… Join  the adventure, join the Hub! I will go there very soon….
